How are you different from other personal trainers - Although I will see clients from most age categories I will focus the majority of my time focusing more on the over 50′s. The key benefit is that I am on a similar wavelength to my clients in terms of life experiences, outlook and approach.
Where do we train ? This will be decided to meet your requirements and convenience. It can be at home, in a health club or weather permitting in this wonderful climate of ours even outside. I have access to a leisure centre in Stockport but if you are already a member of a gym or health club we can, with their permission train there. Additionally I have access to a studio for small group sessions.
What training do you specialise in ? General fitness training but also more specific training programmes that meet an individuals needs. This covers weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, power training or toning. I have a good selection of equipment that can be used in a home based situation including kettlebells, hand weights, dead balls and a snazzy device that hooks on to a door.
Can I bring a friend or train as part of a group ? Of course, it can be easier and more fun this way particularly when starting out on an exercise regime to train with others. I would suggest though that you have the same objectives and are at a similar level of fitness.
